CHOICE PRICING: S2 offers a unique “choice” pricing option for unlimited access to classes & activities. This means YOU select how much you pay monthly – $29, $59 or $79. No matter how much you pay, you’ll receive the same access as everyone else. S2 trusts that people are honest & will support the community with whatever they can afford.

CLASS PASS PRICING: S2 offers a variety of packages & drop-in rates starting at $8. You are sure to find an option that works for you!

Class Descriptions:


Leg Day

Leg Day focuses on core, glutes, quads, hamstrings, & calves.

Option for dumbbells, bands and/or body weight exercises.


Push & Pull

Push workouts focus on core, chest, shoulders & triceps while Pull workouts focus on back, biceps & core.

Option for dumbbells, bands and/or body weight exercises.


Outdoor Training

Outdoor Training provides two options: 1. A space to hold you accountable to your cardio needs. or 2. Both lower & full body workouts with cardio intervals in between exercise sets. We meet at various locations in Oakland, CA.

No equipment needed. Bands & jump rope are optional.
