Fitness Classes

As the world changes, so does S2.

Class Descriptions:

Leg Day

Leg Day focuses on core, glutes, quads, hamstrings, & calves.

Option for dumbbells, bands and/or body weight exercises.

Push & Pull

Push workouts focus on core, chest, shoulders & triceps while Pull workouts focus on back, biceps & core.

Option for dumbbells, bands and/or body weight exercises.

Outdoor Training

Outdoor Training provides two options: 1. A space to hold you accountable to your cardio needs. or 2. Both lower & full body workouts with cardio intervals in between exercise sets. We meet at various locations in Oakland, CA.

No equipment needed. Bands & jump rope are optional.
