PAR-Q form

Online Training : Each workout will be catered to your goals & will increase in level of difficulty each week. Communication with S2 will be essential in your progress. Each week will include 4-5 workouts & separate cardio to complete depending on your goals.

All programs can be created at home without equipment! 

Pricing : $59/month.

1/2 off Strength Squared classes when paired with online training.
